Lisa is a seasoned HR Generalist with over two decades of experience supporting businesses through strategic people management, cultural development, and project delivery. She joined Edgewise Insurance Brokers in 2024 as Head of People, Culture and Projects, bringing a pragmatic and relationship-driven approach to aligning employee engagement with business success.

Prior to joining Edgewise, Lisa spent over 15 years at Master Builders Insurance Brokers, where she held senior HR roles including National HR Manager. Her work spanned recruitment, learning and development, workplace safety, and organisational dynamics, with a strong focus on fostering high-performing teams and sustainable growth.

Lisa’s career has also included advisory roles across HR, marketing, and board-level projects, as well as earlier experience in healthcare, education, and international travel operations. Her loyalty, adaptability, and commitment to people-first leadership continue to shape inclusive and high-impact workplace cultures.
